1. New Landlords to Boulton & Griffiths will receive 3 months management for free
2. This offer applies to new lettings' instructions only and is only available to new clients signing up to our Fully Managed service.
3. This offer is only available if landlords sign up to our Fully Managed service under our Terms of Business with fees of; 45% letting fee, 12% management fee, inventory and £24 deposit registration charge.

5. The offer is subject to a 12 month contract and under the terms of sole agency
6. Please make our member of staff aware of your intention to claim the offer either prior to or during the valuation appointment. The offer cannot be redeemed once terms and conditions have been signed.
7. The offer cannot be redeemed if your property is currently marketed by B&G or has been marketed with B&G in the last 12 months
8. This offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer B&G may be running at the time.
9. Offer expiry date - 31st May 2018 - The landlord must have instructed B&G, signed the terms of business and the property marketed on a sole agency basis before this date
