We will advertise your property on the UK's largest property portal Rightmove, our website and on our social media page. At B&G we pride ourselves on the way in which we present each property to ensure the advert is reaching a wide audience, whilst it's looking it's best. We have received fantastic feedback from clients who are looking for property to purchase, as well as our vendors.
Upgrade Feature
You also have the option to upgrade your advert to a 'Featured Property' across the property platform, which is a efficient way to uplift visits and interactions especially if you want a quick Sale
For Sale Board
We will provide a complimentary 'For Sale board' which will be erected at your property to maximise exposure *subject to restrictions

Your property will be mailed out to our list of waiting clients for full exposure as soon as we receive instruction
• Property Performance Management
We are passionate about property & property performance, which we think is part and parcel of an exception service. We make sure that we monitor the performance of your property whilst it is on the market and not leave the advert static. We observe the amount of views the advert has received, the click through rate and the enquiry rate.
